1. drink at least 8 glasses of water per day

2. load up on fruits AND vegetables (too much fruit can caue you to have high blood sugar)

3. exercise 3 times a week 30-45 minutes or 45-60 minutes. (work at your own pace but dont be afraid to increase your workout resistence )

4. eat 2 hours between each meal in small portions, high fiber in the morings, ( dont eat empty carbs like sugary cakes and stuff. you willbe hungry again as soon as you finish eating. the same goes for fast food like burgers and stuff. alwasy try to incorporate veggies ito your meal.)

5. strech on a daily basis, walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator,

6. dont ban yourself from eating sweets completely,treat urself to portioned size amount from time to time or else you will binge on fatty foods and hate yourself...... seriously

7. dont be afraid tolift weights as much as you can and do the resistence machines at the gym. just doing the treadmill  and the elyptical will help you burn a lot of weight  but you need to tighten up the body or you will get loose and hangy with extra skin.

note: i must say that its not an easy thing to loose weight. its very hard and takes a lot of time. trust me i have been struggling with weight for years. its hard but you have to stay focused and be persitent. or else youll go up and down with weight and its very annoying.

8. for love handles ( why do they call them that ) do any exercise that helps you twist) its very effective. go to www.abcirclepro.com they have a great machine. i bought it and love it. its so easy and it works. well check back with me for updates soon. good luck in your weight loss goals.
